Terms of Service

These terms govern access to the Postiz instance operated by cloaked.agency at postiz.cloaked.agency (the “Service”). The Service is operated by Jade Johnson Enterprises LLC (d/b/a cloaked.agency) in Arizona, United States. By connecting a social account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these terms.

Postiz is a private operations tool. Access is granted only to:

• Authorized cloaked.agency operators managing social accounts owned by cloaked.agency or its affiliated ventures.
• Authorized customer representatives who have signed an engagement agreement with cloaked.agency and been provisioned an account by cloaked.agency.

The Service is not a public SaaS product and is not offered for self-service signup.

When you connect a social account through Postiz, you authorize cloaked.agency to act on that account in the scopes you granted at OAuth — typically publishing posts, reading profile information, and pulling analytics. You are responsible for:

• The accuracy, legality, and rights clearance of any content you schedule or publish.
• Compliance with the social platform’s own terms (Meta Platform Terms, TikTok Developer Agreement, X Developer Agreement, etc.).
• Notifying cloaked.agency promptly if an operator account should be revoked.

You retain ownership of content you upload or schedule through Postiz. You grant cloaked.agency the limited license necessary to transmit and publish that content to the social platforms you have connected, and to retain copies for operational reporting. cloaked.agency does not claim rights to your content beyond that.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or the terms of a connected platform.
• Send spam, phishing, malware, or content that a reasonable operator would recognize as abusive.
• Attempt to circumvent Postiz rate limits, scrape data beyond the scopes granted, or impersonate another person or organization.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, cloaked.agency and Jade Johnson Enterprises LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid cloaked.agency for Postiz access in the three months preceding the claim, or one hundred US dollars (USD $100.00) if no such fees were paid.

Either party may terminate access at any time. On termination, connected OAuth tokens are revoked and the account’s data is scheduled for deletion under our Data Deletion procedure.

We may update these terms by publishing a revised version at this URL. Continued use of the Service after posting constitutes acceptance. Material changes are communicated by email to the primary operator contact on file.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
